Job Description<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Perform Mechanical designs for low voltage panels \/medium Voltage of sheet metal enclosures\/Copper (Bus Bar ) for different kind of low voltage panels.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Well known of standard electrical panels designs such as (SIEMENS, ABB,…etc)<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Designing Sheet Metal Components & creating detailed designs and specifications for sheet metal components or products based on project requirements.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Selection of appropriate sheet metal materials & apply nesting over parts is a plus .<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Optimizing the design of sheet metal components in terms of functionality, structural integrity, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness , performing stress analysis, and applying engineering principles to ensure the design meets performance requirements.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Validate the design and ensure its practicality , collaborate with manufacturing teams to develop prototypes and conducting tests to evaluate their performance and durability.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Design processes and consider capabilities during the design phase to ensure efficient and cost-effective production. This involves designing components that are easy to manufacture, assemble, and inspect, while minimizing waste and optimizing production cycle times.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Creating and maintaining accurate technical documentation, including detailed drawings, specifications, and bills of materials (BOMs). These documents serve as guidelines for manufacturing, assembly, and quality control processes.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Job Requirements<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Previous experience as a sheet metal Design Engineer, former Production Engineer is a plus.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

8-10 yeas experience at least in electrical panels mechanical designs.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Proven experience using CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, …etc<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Excellent knowledge in excelle and powerpoint.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Have Excellent knowledge about cnc bending , punching & laser cutting machine is a plus.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Great computational and spatial ability.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Excellent oral and written communication.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Attention to detail.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

BSc. Degree in Mechanical Engineering.<\/strong><\/h4>\n
